Cranberry St
65 Cranberry was one of our early major projects as a company when we had only one or two crews. It was a monumental task, spanning about a year and a half, involving extensive excavation for garden-level access. This required moving approximately 100 cubic yards of soil and constructing retaining walls. Our esteemed landscape architect, Kim Hoyt, designed impressive monolithic bluestone steps, typically craned over townhouses, which we installed using simple machines during construction. The project also featured a custom patio with a parquet pattern, crafted from precisely cut stones using laser or water jet technology. We meticulously placed each stone to ensure uniform spacing and an impeccable finish. Additionally, there was structural work inside the house and a metal deck with treads leading to the second-floor terrace. The outcome was stunning, and we are truly honored to have been part of this remarkable job.
