Scope: Repair and refinish brownstone steps as well as installation of tile fireplace

Tile fireplace installation involves preparing the fireplace surround by installing cement board and then applying thinset mortar to adhere the tiles. The tiles are carefully placed, cut as needed, and then grouted once the mortar has dried. 

Brownstone steps repair involves removing any loose or damaged pieces, cleaning the remaining stone, and then patching or replacing the damaged areas with new brownstone or a suitable substitute. Our goal is to match the existing stone as closely as possible in color and texture to maintain the original look of the steps.
