Our work on President Street exemplifies our comprehensive capabilities in construction and landscaping. Winning the project due to our expertise in large-scale exposed aggregate concrete, we quickly expanded our scope. This residential overhaul involved installing a complex system of rebar with double mats and PEX tubing, ensuring a heated, ice-free environment even in heavy snow. We constructed a new brick façade, designed intricate metal columns with stainless details, and added precast stonework at the main entrance.

The entryway features a heated, waterproof patio with underlying living space, equipped with Bluetooth-controlled irrigation and lighting systems for easy remote management. For basement protection, we implemented robust drainage solutions offering a 20-year guarantee against water ingress.
