We completed a project for a prominent client featuring intricate brickwork rare in NYC, using a Flemish bond pattern common in Europe. The three-sided brick townhouse required extensive excavation to meet Northeast frost line standards. Challenges included handling varied brick sizes and constructing a precisely laid-out radius wall at the rear.

A highlight was the oversized sandstone pavers, delivered with our client's help using professional rigging. We also installed a reclaimed granite patio, each piece 3 to 5 inches thick, creating an impressive entryway to an elevated platform. Despite the complexity and tight space, the project exceeded expectations, delighting both us and our clients.
